A former Council militia commander who broke away with half his regiment when the Council cut Ashvale highlands funding to pay for Port Kestrel's defenses. Now he leads the Coalition from a fortress built into a Mandate-era bunker, and he has no intention of ever bending the knee to New Kestrel City again.
